Drinks from Lorenzo Inga
I mean Lorenzo Inga Selection drinks – which I had an opportunity to get acquainted with by receiving information and samples directly from producers and also from commercial exhibitions which recently took place in Tallinn and Riga. Furthermore, I would like to mention that all these beverages are available in Estonian stores and lots of our bars and nightclubs inure their customers with new European trends. First I want to describe main beverage production technology. Grappa! This drink is not only familiar to those who have visited Italy but also for all others who are at least in some way interested in alcoholic drinks. Its name comes from the first beverage manufacturer, a small city of Bassano del Grappa. Grappa is located next to the Grappa hill. Later this beverage was produced all over Italy. Grappa drink was initially in some way like classical wine making sideline product. Using grape residual products: bines and seeds that came from the first juice pressing, drink producers got a drink with strength of 40% or even 50%. Later Grappa demand increased so big and steady that many wine producers went over to mass production. As like other grape drink tastes, Grappa flavour depends on grape sort and grown area. Followed by the main names that you can see on labels of Lorenzo Inga Selection drinks.
